Virtual Meeting with Small Business BC(March 30, 2021)

Consul General Mr. Manish and Consul Commerce Mr. Manjish Grover had useful virtual meeting with Mr. Thomas Conway, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Josh Ludgate, Chief Operating Officer of Small Business BC. They discussed, inter alia, the opportunity to renew collaboration between the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) India and BC Small Business. Both organizations have signed an MoU to collaborate in promoting bilateral trade in the MSME sector between India and British Columbia.

Virtual Meeting with the Officials of Gujarati Society of British Columbia (March 31, 2021)
On March 31, 2021, Consul General Mr. Manish along with Consul Mr. Manjish Grover had a virtual interaction with Mr. Mahendra Shah, President, and Mr. Jay Joshi, Vice-President, of Gujarati Society of British Columbia. Mr. Shah gave an overview about the society and their support to new immigrants and promote Indian culture in Canada through various cultural activates. Gujarati Society of British Columbia also provides scholarship to deserving students from the community. Consul General appreciated the efforts of GSBC. They discussed, inter alia, exploring the possibility of partnering in various events promoting India@75 – Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate 75 years of India's Independence.

Virtual Meeting with Destination Auto Group, Burnaby (April 01, 2021) 
Consul General Mr. Manish and Consul Commerce Mr. Manjish Grover had an introductory virtual meeting today with the proprietors of the Destination Auto Group, Burnaby. Managing Director Mr. Adil Ahamed gave a brief overview of their various businesses. They also expressed interest in business collaboration and investment in India.

Virtual Meeting with Triveni Arts, Vancouver (April 01, 2021)
Consul General Mr. Manish along with Consul Mr. Manjish Grover had a virtual interaction today with Mr. Kumar Varma from Triveni Arts, Vancouver. Mr. Varma gave an overview of Triveni Arts’ collaboration over the years with the consulate in promoting Indian performing Arts in British Columbia. They discussed, inter alia, exploring the possibility of partnering in various events promoting #IndiaAt75 – #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav to commemorate 75 years of India's Independence.
