India's food ecosystem offers huge opportunities for investments with stimulating growth in the food retail sector, favorable economic policies, and attractive fiscal incentives. Through the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), GoI is taking all necessary steps to boost investments in the food processing industry in India. Kinner Kailash spiritual Parikrama trek

Kinner Kailash is a sacred mountain, revered by both the Hindus and the Buddhists. As it is with holy places, there are many fascinating legends attached with Kinner Kailash. It is also one of the more difficult pilgrimage treks in India, which means it’s an ideal journey for any adventure buff. Due to its spiritual nature, the parikrama (circumambulation of a religious place) trek is a bit different from other orthodox routes. Himalayan Frontiers provides a comprehensive two-week tour of Kinner Kailash, and the best time to take the trek is from June to October.

Punjab State War Heroes Memorial & Museum, Amritsar
The Punjab State War Heroes' Memorial and Museum is located on a plot of about three hectares abutting Amritsar - Attari Road on the outskirts of the holy city of Amritsar. Its location on the National Highway-1, and that too only 18 kms away from Indo-Pak International border makes it a prominent landmark and source of attraction for the tourists who visit a daily event of interesting beating-retreat ceremony at the Wagah Border. The memorial-museum is aimed at to showcase the splendid gallantry deeds of the brave hearts of Punjab. It is planned to immortalize the deeds of brave soldiers and to inspire and infuse the spirit of patriotism in the youth.

Neil Island, Lakshmanpur Beach

President appoints Justice U.U. Lalit as next Chief Justice of India

Air India to operate 24 additional domestic flights from August 20

Air India on Thursday said it will operate 24 additional domestic flights from August 20 onwards. "The additional 24 flights include two new frequencies from Delhi to Mumbai, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, and from Mumbai to Chennai and Hyderabad, as well as one new frequency on the Mumbai-Bengaluru route and Ahmedabad-Pune route," the airline said in a statement.
